Progman announced today Jukka Nyman as company’s new Managing Director. Jukka will take executive leadership responsibilities accelerating growth and internationalization at Progman. Jukka will be building on the solid foundation and momentum achieved by the Progman team over the past 33 years. Founder of Progman and former Managing Director, Mauri Susilahti is continuing his leadership at Progman as Member of the Board of Directors.
“Progman is creating new products and services that capture opportunities in the growing Building Information Modelling (BIM) design market, and is expanding its market reach across Europe,” says Mauri Susilahti. “Jukka brings executive experience from both growth and large international technology companies. This, along with his leadership capabilities demonstrated at Progman as Director of Operations, makes Jukka the right person for the Managing Director role during this important new phase for Progman.”
Prior to this new position, Jukka Nyman was Director of Operations at Progman. In this position, he steered and supported the establishment of strategy process with the outcome of a clear strategy on group level. He also designed and executed an effective roll out plan for the strategy, provided new leadership model to the sales team, as well as, initiated and supported the establishment of projects for development of the four key business processes. Jukka has over 15 years in executive and management roles from international technology companies including Coriant, Comptel and Recair.
