You may have seen Revit’s big new software release this April. MagiCAD 2016.4 is one of the first software to already support Revit 2017. At the same time we have started to support Revit 2017 file format for MagiCAD product databases. The new product files are at the same time available on MagiCloud.
We are already giving access to Revit 2017 files for almost all the supported manufacturers and the ones that are missing currently will be ready in the upcoming few weeks.
We are possibly the first and only sharing product libraries in the new Revit format. By supporting Revit 2017, Progman is ensuring its libraries are always kept up-to-date, with an unparalleled detail and accuracy of product information.

Progman is a pioneer in creating data-rich product models based on manufacturers’ products and technical data. These intelligent models include 3D geometry and comprehensive technical and marketing information for each product. The product models are parametric and very small in size, and at the same time provide a realistic image of the product. Once product models are created, they are part of MagiCAD product databases as well as published on MagiCloud – Europe’s largest product model library for MEP design for both AutoCAD and Revit technologies.
More than one million MEP products from the world’s leading manufacturers are available to browse on MagiCloud and the number of downloadable products is growing rapidly. All of the available MEP products are available as full downloadable libraries within the MagiCAD software.
